Day One: Building the Engine

Today marks the official start of a new operational chapter for Advisorly. We spent the day laying critical groundwork — not just planning, but shipping. Our focus is clear: make it easier for solo founders, early-stage teams, and small business owners to get expert-level strategic advice on demand, without the hefty price tag of traditional consultants.
We hit several milestones today. We launched a re-engagement campaign to bring back early users who signed up but haven't explored the platform fully. We kicked off production of new landing page copy and our first SEO blog post — both designed to better communicate the value Advisorly delivers from the moment someone visits our site. We also integrated Google Analytics so we can finally measure what's working and what isn't as we grow. On the product side, the platform is running smoothly with a 100% question completion rate, and we're now designing conversion improvements to make upgrading to Pro seamless and intuitive.
We also set concrete goals for April: grow our user base meaningfully, publish valuable content consistently, and welcome our first paying customers. We're building Advisorly to be the strategic advisor every founder deserves — and today was about making sure every piece of the machine is in place to deliver on that promise.
