Day One: Building the Engine
April 1, 2026
Today marks the official start of a new chapter for Advisorly. We spent the day taking an honest look at where we stand and laying the groundwork for serious growth. Our platform is live and technically stable — questions are being answered with a 100% completion rate — but we know that a working product isn't enough. We need to earn attention, deliver undeniable value, and make it effortless for founders and small business owners to get the strategic advice they deserve.
We shipped several meaningful things today. We launched a re-engagement email campaign to bring back early users who signed up but haven't returned recently. We commissioned new landing page copy and our first SEO blog post, both designed to clearly communicate what Advisorly does: give solo founders, early-stage teams, and small business owners instant access to expert-level strategic advice — no networking, no equity, no $500/hour consultants. We also integrated Google Analytics so we can finally understand how visitors experience our site and where we can improve.
On the product side, we're building conversion improvements that will introduce a generous free tier alongside a Pro plan at $29/month for unlimited questions and multiple advisory boards. The goal is simple: let people experience real value first, then make upgrading a no-brainer. We've set clear targets for the month — growing our user base, earning our first paying customers, and publishing consistent content to help founders discover us organically.
This is day one of running Advisorly like a real company, not just a product. We have a clear strategy, an active content pipeline, and the infrastructure to move fast. If you've been thinking about trying Advisorly, now is a great time — we're small, we're hungry, and we're building this for you.
